If you are disconnected from the casino game while you are playing, the game will either be won, lost or tied (if it was completed before connection was interrupted) or unresolved (unfinished). Your history Tab in the casino lobby will provide you with the final outcome of the games. If the game is unresolved that means you need to log into the game again to complete the game and finish the bet.

The casino software has a great wealth of information on the casino games. To find help on a particular game, simply launch the game from the casino lobby. Once the game is loaded, click on the big red "?" (question mark) on the left side of the screen. This will open a help page that tells you everything you want to know about the game.

Rollover has many names in the casino business. Sometimes it is called wager requirement, sometimes it is called playthrough. Some casinos try to make this definition complicated and confusing. We will try to explain it as plainly as possible for you so you know exactly how the bonuses at our casino work. The best way to explain this is with an example:

Let's use a deposit bonus as our example. You are awarded a 100% deposit bonus on your $100 deposit.

Your deposit = $100

Your 100% bonus (100% of your deposit) = $100

Your total balance is now $200.

(An important question to ask is "40 times what?" Is it 40 times the deposit? Or is it 40 times the bonus? Or is it 40 times the balance?)

The rollover on our bonuses is typically based on 25 times the bonus amount PLUS the deposit amount. So, if you deposited $100 and were given $100, the rollover is calculated as 25 x $200 ($5000). But it is always a good idea to see the terms and conditions of your bonus before accepting it as each bonus may have a specific rollover that only applies to that bonus.

Rollover is calculated separately for each individual bonus. The best way to see the rollover calculation for the bonus you are curious about is to go to the casino lobby and open the "Bonuses" tab and click on the bonus you are enquiring about. The initial rollover amount, as well as the remaining rollover will be displayed for you as will the eligible games and their rollover contributions (coefficients).
